Appleumpkin 2025 Vendor Application -

APPLEUMPKIN 2025 VENDOR APPLICATION

Plans for the 2025 Appleumpkin Festival in Downtown Tecumseh are already underway! Exciting changes are taking place to decrease congestion and improve traffic flow for both vendors and visitors! Due to the high demand from vendors, we will be reviewing all vendor applications for 2025 and accepting just 300 vendors this year.

This change is an effort to minimize the same types of vendors (candle makers, woodworkers, for example) as well as limit the number of home-based businesses like Pampered Chef, etc. It is important that you complete the vendor application as soon as possible to be considered for this year's event! Once your application is received, you will be notified by email within 30 days whether you were accepted or not. If you are selected as a 2025 Appleumpkin Festival vendor you will receive another email with a vendor contract and payment link. All payments must be received within 30 days of receiving your acceptance email. Payment must be received in full to claim your vendor spot!

Other changes include vendor and street layout so if you've been a vendor previously (Thank You), your vendor number may be different even though it's in the same or similiar location. So while we try to put our loyal vendors in their same spots year-after-year, there may be some changes this year to improve parking, pedestrian traffic and shuttle drop offs and pickups. We are also working to improve vendor parking and streamline vendor load in and load out times.

Keep watching your email for all things Appleumpkin in 2025 and email festival@tecumsehmi.gov for additional questions or information.

Sincerely,

Tecumseh Appleumpkin Committee
